Kuchai Entrepreneurs Parks (KEP) located at the centre of Kuchai Lama, a top and prime areas among Kuala Lumpur. Developed since 20 years ago and never re-paint after. The building was thus algae growing everywhere on the cemented wall and turns the building looks not presentable. 

We collaborate with KEP Joint Managements Body and with the helps from Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur, we succeed and complete the re-painting works for the total of 7 Blocks (Phase 1A). The buildings are now looking awesome and standing up and out among all around Kuchai Lama.
